Guests will be required to sign a “Release Form” appropriate to their tour activity prior to departure.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Cancellation Policy –
Please review the Cancellation Policy below that relates to your particular tour, charter or activity.
Private Charters: 50% fee will apply for cancellations made within 7 days and 100% applies within 48 hour of the planed departure time. All other cancellations outside this time will incur a 20% administration cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on catering within 7 days of charter date.
Scheduled Per Seat Tours: 50% fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours and 100% applies to no shows on the day of the tour. All other cancellations outside this time will incur a 20% administration cancelation fee. No refunds will be given on catering within 7 days of charter date.
Jet Ski Adventures: Cancellation by the Guest: 50% fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and 100% applies for no shows on the day of the booking.
Cancellation by the Operator: In the first instance the guest will be offered an alternate date/tour option, in the event no alternative is available a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
Note: If the charter or tour cannot run due to weather or other circumstances outside the control of Ocean Dynamics, in the first instance an alternate date or tour option will be offered. In the event that an alternate date/tour is not suitable, a full refund will be provided. Scheduled tours are subject to minimum numbers to run, and if these numbers are not met the tour may be postponed or cancelled.
